These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and WD33 ("WD33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the WD33 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at wd33.buzz and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on WD33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. WD33 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement without exception. Players aged under 21 are prohibited from accessing, registering, or participating in any activity on the Platform.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of any corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the WD33 Platform or any associated WD33 service.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of WD33 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not located in or acting on behalf of any person located in a jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the WD33 Platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid contact number. You undertake to promptly update this information should it change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• WD33 will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
• You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• In the event that your Account is compromised or you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify WD33 immediately via live chat or email.
• WD33 is not liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to adequately secure their Account credentials.

WD33 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Specific minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. WD33 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements.

• WD33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that involve unusual activity patterns, which may result in additional processing time.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed from the associated balance.
• WD33 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

WD33 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms published alongside each promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only. Each Player is entitled to claim each specific welcome bonus offer once.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings attributable to the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each promotion page.

• All game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNG). WD33 does not influence, manipulate, or interfere with game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual game session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnections, game crashes, or server interruptions — WD33 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. This determination is made solely at WD33's discretion based on server-side data.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change without notice prior to an event commencing. Bets accepted at published odds will be honoured except in cases of clear error ("palpable error"), in which case WD33 reserves the right to void or recalculate the affected bet at correct odds.
• For sports betting, WD33 follows international industry standards for settlement of in-play and pre-match markets, including standard rules governing abandoned matches, postponements, and walkovers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WD33 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using another person's identity, payment methods, or account credentials.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any WD33 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform.
• Use WD33's name, logo, or branding in any marketing, promotional, or commercial material without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, WD33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

WD33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WD33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. WD33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical malfunctions beyond WD33's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers, game studios, or telecommunications providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
• A Player's failure to adhere to these Terms or applicable responsible gambling guidelines.

WD33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 03.
• Where WD33 is required to do so by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• Where the Player has submitted a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance (net of any voided bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting WD33's support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

WD33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, WD33 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WD33 holds its international online gaming licence.
